If your suffering loss and grief, we are here to help. I know first hand how hard it is to face loss. I have lost my youngest Son he was 23, Grandparents, Parents, Siblings, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and my best friends. This group is to help one another cope with loss. It is sometimes hard for people to understand what you are going through, all of us are here to help and listin. The group meets monthly at the Wilkes County Library. This is a free event we are here to help. This month we will be talking about journaling and how it helps in the process of grieving and sharing memories. Hope to see you there we will have some free composition books to get you started. May you find comfort and peace on your journey.
